By downloading or using DailyPositive ("the App"),
developed by Amirlan Timuruly, you agree to be bound
by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
⭐ Premium Subscription

DailyPositive offers a Premium subscription that unlocks
additional features. By subscribing, you agree to the following terms:
- The subscription is billed at 1 490 KZT per month
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
- The subscription auto-renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period at the rate of the renewal
- You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time via
App Store → Your Name → Subscriptions
- No refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period
Subscriptions are managed entirely through Apple. We do not have access to your payment
information or billing details.

A Premium subscription unlocks the following features:
- Unlimited AI Analysis — unlimited AI-powered productivity insights (free users receive 3 lifetime analyses)
- Priority access to new features as they are released
- Support independent development of the app
Free users retain full access to goals, focus timer, projects, archive, and progress tracking
without any subscription.
✅ User Responsibilities
By using DailyPositive, you agree to:
- Use the App only for lawful, personal productivity purposes
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or exploit the App or its backend services
- Not use the App to store or transmit harmful, illegal, or offensive content
- Not attempt to access other users' data
- Provide accurate information when creating an account
🔧 Service Availability
We strive to keep DailyPositive available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted
access. We may:
- Modify, suspend, or discontinue features or the entire App at any time
- Perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability
- Update the App and these Terms — continued use constitutes acceptance of changes
We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes via in-app notification
or email.
⚠️ Limitation of Liability
DailyPositive is provided "as is" without warranties of
any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any loss of data resulting from app errors or server outages
- We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising
from your use of the App
- Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for a Premium subscription
in the last 12 months
🌐 Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the
Republic of Kazakhstan. Any disputes arising from
these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
🔒 Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our
Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms
by reference.
