👋 Introduction

DailyPositive ("we", "our", or "us") is developed by Amirlan Timuruly. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our iOS application.

By using DailyPositive, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

📋 Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information to provide and improve the app:

Account information: your name and email address (provided during sign-up or via Sign in with Apple)
Goals: titles, categories, statuses, and dates of your daily goals
Focus sessions: duration, success flag, and timestamp of each session
Projects & tasks: names and completion statuses of projects and their tasks
Profile data: display name and chosen avatar emoji

We do not collect location data, contacts, camera access, or any other sensitive device information.

🍎 Sign in with Apple

If you choose to sign in using Apple ID, Apple may share your name and email address with us only if you consent. Apple also offers the option to hide your real email using a relay address — we support this fully.

We never receive your Apple ID password or any other Apple account credentials.

☁️ How We Store Your Data

Your data is stored securely in the cloud using Supabase, hosted in the Japan (ap-northeast-1) region. Supabase is SOC 2 compliant and encrypts data at rest and in transit using TLS.

Row-Level Security (RLS) policies ensure that each user can only access their own data — your goals and sessions are never visible to other users.

To sync your goals, focus sessions, and projects across sessions and devices
To display your progress statistics and streak information
To generate AI productivity insights (with your consent, Premium feature)
To authenticate you securely

🔒 Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

The only third-party service that processes your data is Supabase (infrastructure / database) and, if you use AI Analysis, the Anthropic API — which receives anonymized productivity statistics (counts and percentages, never goal titles or personal identifiers).

🗑️ Account Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Profile → Delete Account option within the app. Upon deletion, all your goals, focus sessions, projects, and profile information are permanently removed from our servers within 30 days.

🍪 Cookies

DailyPositive is a native iOS application and does not use cookies or any browser-based tracking technologies.

👶 Children's Privacy

DailyPositive is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

🔄 Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
